Kohler found a new outlet with NAPA stores. Because
of past experience with NAPA and supplying manufacturers, BCB was familiar
with promoting to the 6,000 NAPA franchises. Introducing the Kohler-branded
products to the stores was accomplished through print advertising and
direct marketing. The stores were offered end-cap units, Napa-designed
packaging, counter mats and a new catalog.
