BCB Group is scaling rapidly and needs an agile project management officer (PMO) to support in the delivery of the necessary change to their people, process and technology platforms.
The ideal candidate will show experience of working in project teams that have delivered change into a scaling organisation using agile methods where speed of change and revenue impact is the focus. They will be able to work closely and effectively with the relevant stakeholders to build effective project teams that can deliver change at pace. They will be able to effectively monitor and present project progress to relevant stakeholders and sponsors.
You’ll be responsible for the following activities:
Support an agile delivery to achieve a business objective with geographically distributed teams.
Measure and Report KPI based continuous improvement and optimisation of the delivery pipeline using agile methods.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Assess stakeholders expectations, reporting and assurance.
Responsible for requirements and functional specifications gathering.
Apply a structured and analytical approach to achieve the business objective.

Experience of agile methods including measurement and reporting of KPI based continuous improvement and optimisation of the delivery pipeline.

Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to prioritise requirements.
Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to command respect and create a sense of trust in your team and stakeholders.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills, able to distil complex technical and business ideas into understandable terms for all stakeholders.
Ability to support in forecasting and creating roadmaps and plans, adjusting with new information and changing business priorities, to achieve project goals.
Attitude of continual learning and assessing self-performance to apply new learnings and knowledge.
Commercially-focused and entrepreneurial.
Strong quantitative analysis skills with structured and analytical approach.
Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
Strong work ethic, self-starter who is creative with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Finance and/or fintech experience desirable.
