This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our growing Team, on a mission to build the world’s leading financial hub for the crypto and blockchain industry.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with exceptional writing skills who is passionate about Blockchain and Crypto products to join the Team delivering business value for our clients on a daily basis. This is a critical role for our Labs team which requires in depth, practical understanding of project management, stakeholder delivery and Crypto community management. There is a lot to learn and we offer opportunities for growth as our Team expands further.
You will be responsible for the following:
Requirements gathering and sign off from internal stakeholders.
Detailed analysis and elaboration of user stories for features defined by a Head of Product.
Close collaboration with the Development Team to ensure all backlog items are clearly defined with acceptance criteria and meet the Definition of Ready.
Providing payments domain knowledge to support the Development Team on daily basis.
Assisting in definition and execution of test scenarios to ensure that new functionality releases fully meet our functional and non-functional requirements.
Signing off individual user stories while ensuring acceptance criteria and the Definition of Done are met.
Ensuring that product documentation is kept up to date and assisting in preparation of release notes for the new features.
Challenging status quo – contributing towards continuous improvement.
So, what are we looking for?
If you can demonstrate some of the following experience/skills below, we would love to have a conversation.
1 – 2 years of experience working in an Agile, financial services environment.
Detailed, practical knowledge of business analysis and project management.
Strong communication skills with ability to articulate business requirements and discuss products and services within the business.
Intellectually curious, conscientious problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
Understanding of the full payment lifecycle from payments initiation to execution, settlement (including treasury management), reconciliation and billing is highly desirable.
