- Operations/Reconciliation experience needed.
- Ability to handle multiple work streams simultaneously and effectively.
- Previous experience improving processes advantageous.
- Preferably degree level qualification
- Proficient in microsoft excel.
- Ability to adapt to new systems and software quickly.
- Asset/securities reconciliations experience advantages, but not essential.
- Completion of daily reconciliations with multiple banking partners.
- Identification and investigation of reconciliation breaks.
- Working with payments ops team to resolve breaks in a timely manor.
- Assisting in root cause analysis of breaks and where needed helping to develop permanent solutions.
- Working with operations and tech teams to improve reconciliation processes and tools.
- Work closely with tech teams to improve and develop reconciliation tools.
- Assist operations in preparing output for regulator audits.
