The Supplier Onboarding Analyst will liaise with suppliers and partners of BCB Group to compile all necessary information on BCB Group for onboarding.
- Providing suppliers and partners of BCB Group with all necessary KYC information.
- Maintaining an accurate and up to date master information set to ensure consistency.
- Identifying and updating outdated documentation and information.
- Gathering information from internal and external stakeholders, official registries and third parties.
- Identifying and escalating stalled process steps.
- Maintaining a current and accurate overview on the stages of all onboarding processes of BCB Group entities with suppliers and partners.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Can-do approach to problem solving.
- Ability to drive process to comply with deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to cryptocurrencies or financial services are a plus.
- Experience in KYC / KYB role are a plus.
- Good Google G Suite (gdocs, gsheets) or MS Office skills.
- German or French are a plus.
