What will you be doing?
We are looking for an aspiring compliance professional who is passionate about the payments, financial services or crypto industry. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the KYC and Transaction Monitoring Analyst will be responsible for our cross-functional compliance operations – AML, fraud prevention, and global KYC and KYT.
The role requires the completion of workloads to support AML compliance services aligned to:
AML legislation/regulation & guidance/best practice
The AML Team’s processes and procedures

University degree or equivalent.
Excellent proficiency in MS Office application.
Confident and proactive in communicating with people at all levels.
Great team player with the ability to foster close working relationships with colleagues.
Excellent analytical skills and proven ability to work in a concise and methodical manner.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently on projects as required and communicate results effectively throughout the company.
A real interest in the crypto space.
Roles and Responsibilities
Monitoring and maintaining our transactional systems on a daily basis, ensuring the timely resolution and escalation of alerts.
Where there are grounds for suspicion, escalating concerns through internal SAR reports.
Support screening processes for PEP, Sanctions and Adverse Media.
Investigating alerts through to resolution – standard to enhanced due diligence.
Perform basic and enhanced KYC due diligence for existing clients.
Investigate referrals of unusual activity relating to fraud.
Documenting all investigations, approvals and rejections. This includes leaving a tangible record of the justifications for your actions.
