BCB Group is shortlisted for four awards at the Women in Tech Employer Awards 2026
BCB Group is proud to announce that we have been shortlisted for four categories at this year’s Women in Tech Employer Awards This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to building an exceptional workplace for everyone at BCB Group.
We have been shortlisted for Outstanding Employer for Benefits & Wellbeing, recognising our comprehensive benefits package — including full private healthcare with unlimited mental health support, 30 days annual leave, four paid wellbeing days and fully flexible working — designed to remove the barriers that stop people bringing their best selves to work. Alongside this, our inclusive parental leave policy has earned us a shortlist for Best Employer for Parental Support, offering 17 weeks full pay and 10 weeks half pay for all new parents regardless of gender, across birth, adoption and surrogacy equally.
Our BCB Women’s Network has been shortlisted for Best Employer Network, acknowledging the connection, mentorship and professional development it drives across all our global locations — through industry events, our Growth Circles programme and our partnership with The Early Careers Foundation.
Finally, we are delighted to see Lauren Brabbin, Full-Stack Engineer, shortlisted for Rising Star. In just three years Lauren has transitioned from marketing into full-stack engineering to become a core technical owner of BCB Group’s most critical payment infrastructure — and a mentor and advocate for the next generation of women in tech.
