Our subsidiary, BCB Payments Limited, is registered with the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under the Payments Services Regulations 2017 as an authorised payment institution.
August 2020
As part of a growing institutional demand for USDC stablecoin payments, clearing and custody, we collaborate with Circle.
March 2021
We raise $4.5m in a strategic funding round co-led by North Island Ventures and Blockchain.com Ventures.
January 2022
We raise $60 million in the largest series A funding round for a company in the blockchain industry in the UK.
February 2024
Integration of BCB Group’s BLINC into the Fireblocks Network enabling payment companies and institutional trading firms to instantly and securely transfer fiat with over 1,800 counterparties on the network.
April 2024
We announce our authorisation by the ACPR and the AMF respectively to act as an E-Money Institution and a registered Digital Assets Services Provider (DASP) in France.

We partner with Ripple to consolidate governance of our digital asset custody operations on Metaco’s (the Ripple-owned provider of digital asset infrastructure technology) flagship custody platform.
