Jerome is the Managing Director and local decision-making authority for BCB’s Europe division. Appointed in 2023, he ensures the organisation complies with both French and EU regulations, and is also responsible for driving growth across the region. He works closely with the rest of the leadership team to strengthen BCB’s visibility in Europe and maintain operational excellence in each market.
Jerome has a strong fintech background, having held previous management roles at Virtual CFO and real-time accounting platform CashDirector, and Ferratum, the consumer lending business unit of digital finance firm Multitude.
