About Rachel Ramsay

Rachel is an experienced HR leader with a passion for building high-performing teams in fast-paced fintech firms. After beginning her career at Aon, she pivoted to a PE-backed fintech in 2019 to lead its people team, which grew from 150 people to 400+ during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Rachel was appointed by BCB Group as its People Success Manager in 2022 and has served as Head of People since 2025. Her traditional HR background combined with her fintech experience enables her to navigate a multitude of stakeholders and the ever-changing requirements of BCB’s people team.
