About Richard Scorer

Appointed in 2025, Richard is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and oversees the financial strategy and operations at BCB and its subsidiaries. He specialises in financial services, entity sales transactions and commercial change projects, having previously held an auditing role at PwC.

Richard leverages his expertise in UK GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), private equity financing, hive-up accounting and transactions to strengthen trust in BCB’s financial operations.
