Tom was originally appointed as BCB’s Commercial Director and now leads its revenue generation across all products, services and markets. Passionate about driving the firm’s ambitious global growth plans, he focuses on deepening customer engagement and bringing to life BCB’s vision of an integrated fiat-crypto ecosystem.

Tom previously led sales at Africa-focused remittance group NALA and has deep experience in finance, M&A and international payments in developed and emerging markets.
