1. Introduction
By entering the competition you agree to comply with these Competition Terms and Conditions.
The competition is run by BCB Payments Limited, 5 Merchant Square London, W2 1AS, United Kingdom (“BCB”, “we”).
2. Eligibility to enter
The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age.
In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so.
A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
The prize draw is free to enter.
3. How to enter
To enter the competition, participate in the interactive quiz that BCB will advertise at their stand at Paris Blockchain Week 2025, or via the QR code displayed on advertisements (“Leaderboard Quiz”).
4. The prize
The winner of the competition will receive a 3-night stay for two people at ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea, Spain, within their Essential Program. The prize includes:
i) Accommodation: Three nights in a Deluxe suite at ZEM Wellness Clinic Altea
ii) Meals: Meals based on the winner’s specific nutritional plan.
iii) Facilities: Full access to the clinic’s facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, gardens.
The prize does not include travel expenses, insurance, or any other additional costs such as flights, transportation, or personal expenses, or additional personal expenses such as spa treatments or activities outside of the Essential Program. The winner is responsible for making their own arrangements and covering any extra costs not specified in the prize.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
5. Selecting the winner
The winner of the competition will be determined based on the highest score achieved in the Leaderboard Quiz. Participants will be asked a series of questions related to crypto payments. The winner will be the participant who answers the most questions correctly in the shortest amount of time.
The decision of BCB regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.
6. Winner announcement
The winner will be notified after 21st April via the email.
BCB will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and BCB reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
The winner may also be announced on BCB’s official website and social media channels.
7.Data protection and publicity
Your personal information shall be used in accordance with BCB’s Privacy Notice. You confirm that you have read and understood the provisions of the Privacy Notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
BCB does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that BCB does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
BCB does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize.
By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts that the stay at ZEM Wellness Clinic is subject to the clinic’s own terms and conditions, and BCB Group will not be held liable for any incidents or issues that may arise during the stay.
BCB reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate the competition or engage in fraudulent behaviour.
9. Miscellaneous
BCB reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
10. Jurisdiction
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Annex 1 – Privacy Notice for Competition Participants
BCB respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data (“data”). This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you enter our competition.

We collect the following data: your name, company name, email address, and date of birth, when you enter the competition.
If you do not provide the required data, you will not be able to participate in the competition.

Your data will be used for the following purposes:
I) to administer the competition, verify your eligibility and contact you if you win;
II) to provide you with our marketing materials and newsletters.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data based on the following legal basis:
I) Contractual necessity (administration of the competition, eligibility check and contacting you if you win);
II) Consent (provision of our marketing materials and newsletters).
5. Data Retention
Your data will be retained:
- Until the end of the competition; or
- Once the competition has ended, until you have withdrawn your consent.
6. Data Sharing
In the event you win the competition, we may share your data with ZEM Wellness Clinic, which is involved in the provision of the competition prize. ZEM Wellness Clinic will process your data for its own purposes as a separate data controller.
We will not transfer your data outside the EEA.
